The Law Offices of Laurence M. Cohen, P.C., were founded in January 1995. Since then, our office has concentrated on the transactional aspect of residential and commercial real estate.

With a family of 3, Two children have graduated from college, and one child is in Barrington High School. As a longtime resident of South Barrington and practicing in the greater Barrington area, our office is uniquely qualified to handle many of the unique issues of the Barrington area, ranging from well and septic testing to long relationships with surveyors that can handle minimum 5-acre surveys.
